Answer: A credit is a term used to refer to a property listing to
advertise on our website. There are
different levels of credits available. For example, a Basic credit is used to
list 10-properties with 10-photos. A Premium credit allows the subscriber to

Question: How long is a credit good for?
Answer: All credits are good for one year from the
time you list a property. The time does not start ticking until you list a property
with a credit.
Question: How do I List my Home?
Answer: First you must register for an account, then

2. Click on the 'Purchase Credits' tab
3. Click on the 'The Package you desire' button and your account will be given one credit
4. Click on 'My Properties' to begin to add your listing
Question: How can I add my listing to your front page?
Answer: The front page listings which are displayed
to every visitor are called our featured listings. To have your property appear,
you need to purchase the Feature Listings credit which will place your main
photo on our homepage. If you would like to have the maximum amount of visitors
click on your property, then it should be a featured listing, which receives 50%
more hits on average.
Question: What happens when my listing expires?
Answer: Before your listing expires, you will be
notified via email. If you wish to renew, you may do so at that time, if not
your listing will remain in our database for 30-days in case you change your
mind
Question: Will I be automatically billed for renewal of my listing?
Answer: No, we will never charge your credit card
for renewals or for any purchases automatically. You, the customer enter your
information during the purchase process and we do not have or keep any of your
credit card information on file.
Question: I am a realtor; may I list my property with you?
Answer: We cater to all real estate
professionals, including private sellers, rentors, new home builders, brokers, real estate agents, etc. If
you have a property you wish to sell and would like to advertise it on U.S. Military FSBO, you are welcome to do so.
Question: Why are your prices so low?
Answer: Our philosophy is a quality product for a fair price. We looked around and saw what our
competitors are charging to advertise a luxury listing and believe the cost was
too high. So we determined to keep the price low and sell in volume and it is

Question: When I tried to add my listing, it would not save, what should
I do?
Answer: There have been occasions when a subscriber could not save their
listing. We found that in most cases the user was not inputting the correct
format to the Lot Size field. We made some adjustments to our scripts so this
problem should not happen anymore. Also, as we make updates to our website a
user may have certain pages stored in their browser cache which could be
different than the current page being viewed. We suggest clearing your browser
cache and try to add or update your information again. In rare instances a
subscribers computer just will not react well to our scripts, in this case we
ask that you email us your listing information just as you would have entered it
so we may troubleshoot the problem.
Question: How do I add my listing photos?
Answer: To add or manage your property images:

2. Click on the My Properties tab
3. Click Manage Images from the action drop down menu in the property row
you wish to edit
4. Add your photos one at a time and click Submit after you Browse to the
picture location on your computer

Question: Why is my contact information not seen by visitors
unless they register?
Answer: We try to protect our customers from spam
and unwanted phone calls by not allowing their phone numbers or email address to
be visible or to be collected by robots. When our customers receive an email
from our site by an interested party, it will contain a name and legitimate
email address.
Question: Can I put my phone number and email address in the property
description?
Answer: Yes, you may place any contact information
you wish to advertise in the description part of your listing.
Question: Can I get a credit if my house sells/rents before expiration date?
Answer: We view advertisements online for only a short period of time as a success. Therefore, we do not provide a credit or partial refund for advertisements that do not stay online the full term of the advertisement. Any refunds will be made within 48 hrs of payment
